Privacy Policy

PBY Garage DoorsPublished

Effective date: October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PBY Garage Doors ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you visit garagedoorrepairpalmbayfl.com (the "Website"), call us, or sign in to our website management tools. By using the Website you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you call, text or email us to request garage door service, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address and a description of the problem.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our own anonymous statistics record technical data: pages viewed, the referring site, approximate location derived from the IP address (city or region), browser and device type, date and time of the visit, and clicks on our phone, text and email links. We use this only in aggregate to understand how the Website is used. We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not sell it.

Cookies

The Website itself does not use advertising cookies. Some essential cookies may be set by our hosting and security provider to protect the Website from abuse. If we add analytics or advertising tools (for example Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity), they may set their own cookies, and this Policy will be updated. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Google user data (Google Sign-In)

The public Website does not ask visitors to sign in. Only our own staff and authorized administrators sign in, with their Google account, to the private management area of the Website. When an authorized user chooses "Sign in with Google", we request only the basic scopes openid, email and profile, and receive:

  • the user's email address;
  • the user's name and profile picture (if provided by Google);
  • a Google account identifier.

How we use it: solely to authenticate the user, to check that the email address is on our list of authorized administrators, and to record which administrator made changes to the Website (audit log). We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

Sharing: we do not sell, rent or transfer Google user data to third parties. Sign-in is processed by our authentication provider, Cloudflare Access, which acts on our behalf only to verify identity. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Storage and protection: the email address and role of authorized administrators are stored in our encrypted cloud database (Cloudflare) and transmitted only over HTTPS. Access is limited to our administrators.

Retention and deletion: we keep an administrator's email address for as long as the person has access to the management area, and audit records for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact details below; we will delete it within 30 days. You can also revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Limited Use: our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

  • to respond to your requests and provide, schedule and follow up on garage door services;
  • to operate, secure and improve the Website;
  • to prevent fraud and abuse;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Website and our business (such as hosting, security and communication providers), who may use it only to provide services to us; when required by law or to protect our rights and safety; or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. Aggregate website statistics are kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights and choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. California residents have the right under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) to know what personal information we collect and how it is shared. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals differently, because we do not track visitors across third-party websites.

Children's privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
